· A £50 per week deposit is required to secure your booking
· The balance to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of holiday, plus a £100 returnable deposit against damage - this is refundable within 10 days of your return. (Subject to satisfactory property inspection)
· Payment in full is required if the booking is less than 8 weeks before departure. Please note, booking cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival are non refundable.
· Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Sterling cheques.
· All bookings are taken Saturday to Saturday unless by prior arrangement.
· We do not allow all male or female parties aged 18-30. Our security will check your passports when first entering and will not allow entry if this is the case. Stag or Hen parties are not permitted.
